We would like to remind residents that there are several ways to conduct Town business without physically coming to one of our public buildings. Here is a list of our online resources.

The following bills can be paid online at:

NH DMV 20-day plates as well as NH authorized dealer 20-day plates, issued on or after February 26, 2020 have been given an automatic extension through April 30, 2020. These extensions do not apply to vehicle registration renewals. The Town’s vendor for online renewal is waiving the $1.50 transaction fee for online renewal. (The $0.95 ACH fee of 2.97% processing fee for credit cards will still apply).

The Town of Goffstown Human Services Office provides interim emergency assistance for low-income residents in accordance with NH State Law RSA 165. Assistance is available with rent, food, utilities and maintenance items.

Each applicant will be interviewed confidentially to review household circumstances and eligibility for assistance.

Until further notice, no materials are being transported between GMILCS libraries and the van delivery from the NH State Library has been suspended.

If you don’t know what you want and JUST NEED BOOKS, please let us know and we will gather a Book Bundle for you and your family:

    • 10 kids picture books, surprise titles
    • 5 juvenile or teen chapter books, surprise
    • 5 adult books, various titles or you tell us
