Strengthening Seniors one class at a time: Bone Builders is a strength training and balance exercise program to prevent and reverse osteoporosis. This class helps build bone density & improves balance; weights and equipment will be provided. This program is free, and all are encouraged to attend. Bone Builders will take place on Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30 am at the Parks & Recreation Building (155 S Mast St.). Please contact program supervisor at 603-497-8990 ext. 402 for more information.


Registration: Drop-In (medical release from physician required before beginning)

Build your inner strength and confidence through the powerful philosophy and Korean art of self-defense, TaeKwonDo! Train with Master Andrew Jefferson of Bulsajo TaeKwonDo. A fifth-degree black belt with over 25 years’ experience in the martial arts. It's more than just kicking and punching! Exercise your body and lose weight while gaining flexibility! Learn tools to help you make positive changes in your life! Children learn about Honor, Respect, Discipline, Confidence, and Judgment! Learn from an Internationally Certified Black Belt! Classes combine both traditional and modern exercises to help you gain the most from your training. Master Andy believes in the traditional discipline in his classes and that Who We Are is more important than what we can do. Classes take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays at the Parks and Recreation Building (155 S Mast St.) from 5pm to 6pm.

Community Calendar:

Join Diane Henriques Wednesdays at 6:00pm for a Zumba Fitness class that will bring Latin and international rhythms from around the world. Diane strives to challenge her students to increase their physical and mental potential, and to build greater confidence in their abilities.  Diane is honored to teach Zumba every Wednesday at the Parks and Recreation building. Her passion for music can be felt on the dance floor, she is easy to follow but shows you how to dance with power.
