Mark & Patricia Brunton, Applicants/Owners are seeking a Variance to add a garage to an existing single-family home that will be approximately 6.8 feet from the side property line whereas a 15’ side setback is required per Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 17 Third Avenue, (Map 39, Lot 5-17), Zoned: Residential-1.
Eric Buck of Terrain Planning & Design, LLC, Applicant and Marc & JoAnne Gamache, Owners, are seeking a Variance for a deck expansion and other onsite improvements that will be located approximately 7.8 feet from the surface water (Glen Lake) whereas 100 ft. setback is required per Section 13.3.3.5 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 176 Elm Street, (Map 36, Lot 80), Zoned: Residential-1 & Wetlands Surface Water Conservation Overlay District.
BVS D23, LLC & Charles Farley, Applicants/Owners are seeking a Special Exception to building a single-family home with an attached accessory dwelling unit. The accessory dwelling unit is allowed by Special Exception per Section 3.12.A.6 (Table of Accessory Uses) and Section 5.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The Smith Family Trust, Heather & Christopher Smith, Applicants/Owners, are seeking a Variance to build a single-family home on a non-conforming lot, eight (8) ft. from each side property boundary, whereas fifteen (15) ft. is required.
