Public Notice - Conservation Commission Meeting Agenda - 12/09/20

In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Conservation Commission will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes and Non-Public Minutes of October 28, 2020:


1) Copy of Invoice paid to Goffstown Waterways ($630.00) for final milfoil treatment.

2) Copy of email from Namaske Lake Association stating they would be looking for an amount up to $7,600.00 for the 2021 treatment of milfoil in Namaske Lake.

3) Letter to the Select Board and Department of Public Works from Conservation Commission recommending the Elm Street Drainage issue along Map 36, Lot 79 as a potential mitigation project for the Town.

4) Copy of email from Adam Jacobs, DPW Director, asking the Conservation Commission to help create a mitigation project priority list to help DPW with obtaining grants for future mitigation projects.

5) Copy of NHDES Letter to the Town of Goffstown regarding violation of stairs installed without a shoreland permit behind the Parks and Recreation building.

6) Copy of NHDES forestry notification for the St. Anselm College properties off St. Anselm’s Drive along with an Intent to Cut by the Town.

7) Copy of Letter from Eversource to the Town regarding Petition for license to construct and maintain electric lines over and cross land owned by the State and the Town of Goffstown and Hooksett.
