GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday July 7, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Public Hearings:

J.E. Belanger Land Surveying P.L.L.C., Applicant, Wade & Kayla Nault, Owners, seek a Variance to construct an attached garage, 3.7 ft. from the side property line, whereas 25 ft. is the minimum required. This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 625 Black Brook Road, (Map 11, Lot 18-2), Zoned: Agricultural (continued from the June 2, 2020 ZBA meeting).

Jamie & Richard Morse, Applicant/Owners, are seeking a Variance to place a 10’ x 12’ shed within 1 ft. of the side property boundary, whereas ten (10) ft. is required for an accessory building with a building footprint 600 sq. ft. or less. This concerns Section 5.1.1, Accessory Buildings, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 79 New Boston Road, (Map 33, Lot 13), Zoned: Residential-1

David Skersey, Applicant/Owner is seeking Variances to construct an 8’ x 12’ addition for a mechanical room within approximately 14 ft. from the side property line, whereas 25 ft. is required, and to construct a porch/deck within approximately 32 ft. from the front property line, whereas 35 ft. is required. This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 39 Incline Avenue, a Class VI Roadway (Map 42, Lot 13), Zoned:  Agricultural (pursuant to RSA 674:41, the applicant also requires Select Board approval for issuance of a building permit on a Class VI Roadway).
