Map 16, Lot 8, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to allow for two driveways to be located on the proposed lot 8-1. A Conditional Use Permit is required for the second driveway as the lot is required to have 250 ft. of frontage per Section 7.4.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, and the lot will only have 188.22 feet of frontage.  The applicant is Daniel Lapointe and the property owner is Lucille Bourque.  The property is located at 34 Haig Street, Zoned Residential-2 (Continued from the March 26, 2020 Meeting.)

NEW BUSINESS:

Map 5, Lot 14-1, As permitted under State Statutes, RSA 674:54, the Planning Board will review and provide nonbinding comments and recommendations for the development of the proposed modular classroom addition to the existing Glen Lake Kindergarten School Building.  Owners are the Town of Goffstown/Goffstown School District, and the property is located at 251 Elm Street Zoned: Residential-1 & Agricultural

Map 18 Lot 58, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permits/Site Plan Review Application of McDonald’s USA, LLC, Owners, for proposed renovations to the existing McDonald’s building along with site improvements that include adding an additional drive-thru lane, changes to the parking layout and a walkway to the public right-of-way (Mast Road).  A Conditional Use Permit is required to add the additional drive-thru as per Section 5.20 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, as well as a Conditional Use Permit is required for the reduction in the current parking spaces, per Section 7.5, Section 7.5.2.1 and Section 7.5.2.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. Map 6 Lot 43, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permits/Site Plan Review Application of

Goffstown Green Thumb Landscaping, Applicant, and Theresa Mahoney & Jay Baron, Owners, for a proposal to convert a single family home into a landscape nursery with retail, shop (Garden Center).  A Conditional Use Permit is required per Section 7.4.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance, as the lot does not meet the frontage requirement that allows for a second driveway access.  The property is located at 278 Mast Road, Zoned: (CIFZ) Commercial Industrial Flex Zone
