TRAFFIC ALERT

South Mast Road, Henry Bridge Road, & Daniel Plummer Road

GOFFSTOWN

August 1, 2019

GOFFSTOWN - The Goffstown Department of Public Works announces the start of paving preparations on South Mast Road, Henry Bridge Road, & Daniel Plummer Road on Friday, August 2nd. Crews will start at Daniel Plummer Road, move to South Mast and finally Henry Bridge Road.

Traffic on Daniel Plummer will be alternating single lanes, with some interruptions to the St. Anselm Drive and Mast Road intersections. Around mid-morning, crews will shift to the Wallace/South Mast Roundabout. Detours will be required on Wallace Road (see map below). South Mast Road will be down to alternating single lanes of travel. After work on South Mast Road is completed, crews will move to Henry Bridge Road which will also be down to single lanes of travel.

Flashing reader boards and signs will alert drivers of alternate commuter routes. As work zones shift, reader boards will be updated to reflect the active work zone. Significant delays should be expected in work zones. Additional caution should be used as there will be bumps and grooved pavement during this phase of the prep work.  ALL BUSINESSES WILL BE OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE.
