PUBLIC HEARINGS
RSA 31:95-b
The Goffstown Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with
NH RSA 31:95-b on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 6:30 pm, at Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH to receive public input to accept and expend unanticipated funds totaling Three Hundred, Forty-Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred, Forty Dollars ($349,840.00) from the State of NH’s InvestNH Demolition Grant Program. The grant funds are for demolition related costs, including environmental abatement necessitated by the demolition related to the multi-family residential, the Residence at Hadley Falls project (Map 34, Lot 171). A vote by the Select Board will be taken immediately after the public hearing, subject to a signed agreement with the developer that program funds will be used for eligible demolition and that the developer agrees to municipal oversight of the demolition project to ensure compliance with this program’s requirement.
