  OLD BUSINESS:

Map 5 Lot 49-1, Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposal to subdivision the property into two (2) lots. The property is located on Mast Road and NH Route 114.  The applicant is EZ Express Car Wash, and the property is owned by Verres Financial Corporation, Zoned: (CIFZ) Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (Continued from the July 23, 2020 Meeting.)

Map 5 Lot 49-1-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to build a 3,820 sq. ft. automatic car wash facility that will have a manual wash bay and outdoor vacuums on the newly created Lot 49-1-1 that has 1.327-acres.  The property is located on Mast Road and NH Route 114.  The applicant is EZ Express Car Wash, and the property is owned by Verres Financial Corporation, Zoned: (CIFZ) Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (Continued from the July 23, 2020 Meeting.)

  

NEW BUSINESS:

Map 3, Lot 16, Request for Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to erect a pool with an attached deck that will be attached to the existing house, and

located within that outer 50’  WSWC District Buffer.  The property is owned by John & Allison Decesere and located at 18 Winding Brook Road, Zoned:  Agricultural & is located within the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay

Map 4 Lot 87-6, Completeness Review/Time Extension Request for the approved subdivision/site plan application of Woodland Trust, Applicant & Placid Woods, Owner, to subdivide the lot into two lots, and to build seventy-four (74) townhouse style multi-family units, totaling thirteen (13) buildings.  This proposal was approved back in September of 2009.  The applicant has one year from the date of approval to meet the conditions of the approval in order for the plan to be signed and recorded at the Registry of Deeds.  Since that time frame is about to expire, the applicant is coming before the Board to ask for an additional time extension to allow for more time to meet the conditions of approval. The previous time extension was granted in August 2019 and is scheduled to expire in August 2020.  Property is located at Bog Road & Mountain Road, Zoned: Residential-1

Map 17 Lots 57 & 58, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed lot line adjustment between the two lots.  The owners are Simoneau Family Rev. Trust (Lot 57) and Sullivan Family Rev. Trust (Lot 58), and located at 4 and 2 Moreau Street., Zoned:  Residential-2
