Map 5, Lot 60, Completeness Review/Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer & Site Plan/Subdivision Review Application of Mast Road Crossing, LLC, Owners, located on South Mast Street/Mast Road, for a proposed 42-unit condominium development for 55 years old and older, that will be partially located within the Outer 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District Buffer.  The proposal is to build 19 duplex unit buildings and 1 fourplex unit building. The property is zoned Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ) & is located within the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay (Continued from the January 23, 2020 Meeting.)

Map 9, Lots 93, 94 & 94-1, Completeness Review/Final Subdivision Plan Review Hearing for a proposed lot line adjustment between the three properties.  The properties are located at East Dunbarton Road, owned by Henry & Claire Grady Revocable Trust & Thomas Grady, Zoned:  Agricultural

Public Service Company d.b.a. Eversource Energy, Easement Owner, is seeking a Conditional Use Permit for a proposal to replace overhead electric utility structure 138 located on Map 5, Lot 14, (Property Owner: Town of Goffstown) along the existing Q171, 115 kV Distribution Transmission Line as part of Eversource’s Rebuild Project, that is located within the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation Overlay District (WSWC).  The Planning Board may grant a Conditional Use Permit as per Sections 13.3 & 13.3.7.1 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance to allow the impacts to occur within the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District.  The Q171 Distribution Line is partially located in Goffstown along Elm Street and is located within the Agricultural, Residential-1 Zoning Districts & Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) Overlay District.
