Map 36, Lot 80, Completeness Review/Request for Relief from Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to reconstruct a landing and steps as well as other onsite improvements to an existing single-family home that will be located within the outer 50’ of 100’ WSWC District Buffer of Glen Lake, a designated surface water. The Planning Board may grant relief of the outer 50’ of the WSWC Buffer per Section 13.3.4 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.
