CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING

AGENDA – WEDNESDAY– SEPTEMBER 27, 2023

Public Discussion (Recommendations need to be forwarded to the Planning Board):

Map 10 Lot 8-1, Subdivision Review for a proposed 2 lot subdivision off Tenney Road. The owners are John & Judith Richardson, Zoned: Agricultural

Map 5 Lot 54 & 54-1, Subdivision Review for proposed (30) thirty-unit residential condominium development.  The proposal is to build five townhouse style buildings that will be located at Mast Road & Tatro Drive. The owner is Hemily Investments LLC, Zoned:  Commercial Industrial Flex Zone. (The proposed entrance has changed to off of Mast Road.)

 Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes & Non-Public Minutes of July 26, 2023.

 Correspondence:

1) Request for recommendation for land acquisition for Ma34, Lot 164A, along the river near Mill Pond.  (Recommendations need to be forwarded to Select Board.)

2) Conservation Commission budget information.

3) Copy of  NHDES Shoreland Impact Permit for impacts along 176 Elm Street near Glen Lake, Map 36 Lot 80. (Applicant will need a Variance for the impacts to the inner 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District Buffer and will be applying for ZBA approval.)

4) Copy of Shoreland Impact Permit Application for Map 24, Lot 17, Russell Avenue to building home above garage. (This is not within the WSWC District 100’ Buffer.)

5) Copy of NHDES Shoreland Permit Time Extension for a structure and septic to be constructed off Dumont Park Road, Map 25, Lot 41, Ernest Thibeault. (Will need ZBA and/or Planning Board Approval to build within the WSWC District Buffer.)

6) Copy of UNH Volunteer Conservation Easement Monitoring Form.

5)  NH Town & City Magazine.
