OLD BUSINESS:

Map 5 Lot 26, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposed masonry landscaping business (Granite State Stonescapes) to be located at the property that currently has an existing single-family home, and also build a 30’ X 40’ garage.  Property is located at 431 Elm Street, owned by Joseph & Katelin Rogers, Zoned: Residential-1 & Agricultural.  (This was continued from the August 10, 2023 Meeting.  The applicant is requesting a continuance to the September 28, 2023 Planning Board Meeting.)

NEW BUSINESS:

Map 34 Lot 57, Completeness Review/Conditional Use Permit Review Hearing for a proposal to add a second driveway to the existing residential lot.  The owners of the property are seeking a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a second driveway on a lot that has approximately 205’ of frontage whereas 250’ is required per Section 7.4.2 of the Zoning Ordinance.  As per Section 7.5 of the Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Board may grant a Conditional Use Permit to allow for alternative parking arrangements. The property is located at 22 West Union Street, owned by Andrew Cadorette & Reta Chaffee, Zoned:  Residential-1.                                                                                                                        

Map 5 Lot 54 & 54-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan & Subdivision Review Hearing for proposed (30) thirty-unit residential condominium development.  The proposal is to build five townhouse style buildings that will be located at Mast Road & Tatro Drive, The Owner is Hemily Investments, LLC, Zoned:  Commercial Industrial Flex Zone.
