Presentation:

Thomas Carr of Meridian Land Services,  review of a proposed wetlands restoration plan for impacts to Map 42, Lot 7, 16 Incline Avenue, and allow the restoration to cross over 10 ft of property lines onto conservation land, Map 42, Lot 6. (Recommendation needed to be forwarded to the Select Board.)

Discussion:

Review of drainage maintenance work for property located at 9 Maple Avenue, Map 38 Lot 117-2.

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of August 25, 2021, September 22, 2021 & Non-public Minutes of September 22, 2021 .
