Plan Presentation:

Map 21, Lot 65, Review of NHDES Expedited Wetlands Permit, to install a natural stone retaining wall and granite steps along the collapsed shoreline area where old retaining wall fell.  Owners:  Shawn Fournier, located at 35 Bay Street, Zoned:  Residential-2 (This was previously before the Commission on July 22, 2020.  The applicant is extending the stonewall further so a revised minimum expedited permit is required.  The Commission needs to vote on recommendation to NHDES.)

Map 9, Lot 94-1, Subdivision plan review Hearing for a proposed two (2)-lot subdivision on East Dunbarton Road and relief from the outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation District Buffer.  Property owners are:  Henry & Claire Grady Revocable Trust, Owners, Zoned:  Agricultural

Map 4, Lot 53-3, Request for relief from the 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District Buffer to build a 2,000 sq. ft. barn.  The property is located on 207 New Boston Road, Owner is Mark Fredette, Zoned:  Residetnial-1

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of May 26, 2021

Correspondence:

  • Complaint filed by Town to NHDES for ATV disturbances within wetlands located off New Boston Road, Map 4 Lot 64.
  • Copy of Letter to PC Esker Land Development, LLC, Map 4 Lot 64, from NHES regarding complaint filed for ATV disturbances within wetlands located off New Boston Road, Map 4 Lot 64.
  • Copy of NHDES Letter stating they are in receipt of a Shoreland Permit Application from Richard Kinduris, for property located at 77 Sarette Road, Map 24, Lot 72 for remodeling a porch and a septic replacement.
