In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Conservation Commission will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Public Hearing for Conservation & Open Space Easement  on Map 7, Lot 91A:

 In accordance with RSA 36-A:5, the Goffstown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comment pertinent to expending conservation funds for the purchase and administrative costs associated with the conveyance of a 36.745 conservation easement deed on Map 7, Lot 91A, located on Snook Road, to the Piscataquog Land Conservancy. The easement will conserve land protecting the Gorham Brook Tributary & Associated Wetlands and buffer drainage and wetlands connecting Snook Road Swamp, both designated as Prime Wetlands.

  • Requests to be appointed to the Conservation Commission from Amy Pollock as a regular member and Evelyn Miller as an alternate. Member. (Action needed.)
  • Copy of Letter sent to Select Board and DPW from Conservation Commission recommending the Mitigation Priority List established by the Department of Public Works.
  • Copy of NHDES Letter to Scott Buckland stating the Dredge and Fill Wetlands Permit Application is not complete.
  • Copy of the Conservation Commission Budget.
