Map 12, Lot 10, Completeness Review/Final Subdivision Plan Review Hearing for a proposed five (5) lot subdivision, creating four (4) new additional single-family home lots.   The property is located on Montelona Road, owned by Robert Starace Homes, LLC.  The property is zoned:  Agricultural (Continued from the March 25, 2021 Meeting.)


Map 18 Lots 17 & 16A, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review & Conditional Use Permit Hearing for a proposal to convert the existing house on Lot 16A into a laundromat, as well as remove the existing garage.  Also being proposed is to have shared access and parking with Lot 17, which currently has an existing car wash located on it, along with proposed improvements to the carwash business by relocating and adding more vacuums, as well as additional parking spaces. Property Owners are: 586 Mast Road, LLC & 2 Haig Street, LLC, and the properties are located at 586 Mast Road, 2 Haig Street and Joffre Street, zoned:  Commercial (Continued from the March 25, 2021 Meeting.)

Map 19, Lots 33 & 34, Completeness Review/Subdivision Plan Review Hearing for a proposed lot line adjustment between the two lots.  The property owners are Moose Club Park Rentals, LLC, and the properties are located at 132 Moose Club Park Road and Shore Drive, zoned:  Residential-2

Map 6 Lot 1, Completeness Review/Time Extension Request for the approved site plan of a proposed 81,850 sq. ft. commercial indoor recreational facility (Sportsdome) to be located at 376 Goffstown Back Road/Tower Lane, Owners are Monahan Family, LLC and the Applicant is NHSD Holdings, LLC.  The applicant has one year from the date of approval to meet the conditions of approval, have the plan signed and begin construction.  Since that timeframe has expired at the end of March 2021, the applicant is coming before the Planning Board to request a time extension for more time to meet the conditions of approval.  The property is zoned:  Industrial
