GOFFSTOWN PLANNING BOARD MEETING

AGENDA   - THURSDAY – APRIL 08, 2021

In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Planning Board will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Map 2 Lots 2, 1A & 1-8, Completeness Review/Final Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed lot line adjustment between the three existing lots.  Lot 1-8 will be dissolved and no longer exist by being added to both abutting Lot 2 and Lot 1A.  Lot 2 will increase in size from 43.08 acres to 47.88 acres and Lot 1A will decrease from 41.07 acres to 38.92 acres.  Properties owners are:   Carriage House Properties, LLC & Walnut Hill Road Realty Trust, and located at Walnut Hill Road, Zoned:  Agricultural
