In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Conservation Commission will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Map 12 Lot 10, Robert Starace Homes, LLC, five (5) lot subdivision, Montelona Road, Zoned:  Agricultural (Comments/recommendations need to be forwarded to the Planning Board.)

Map 18, Lot 16A & 17, Site Plan for a proposal to convert the existing house on Lot 16A into a laundromat, as well as remove the existing garage.  Also being proposed is to have shared access and parking with Lot 17, which currently has an existing car wash located on it, along with proposed improvements to the carwash by relocating and adding more vacuums, as well as additional parking spaces. Property Owners are: 586 Mast Road, LLC & 2 Haig Street, LLC. The property is located at 16 Incline Avenue, a Class VI Road, (Map 42, Lot 7), Zoned Agricultural (Emailed to Commission previously.)
