              CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING

AGENDA – WEDNESDAY– SEPTEMBER 23, 2020

In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Conservation Commission will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Plan Presentations:

Map 25, Lot 27, Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to allow the owner to construct a 798 sq. ft. addition to existing home, by adding an attached garage with rooms above, expand the existing decks and stairs, and also allow onsite improvements to the property by restoring an area of existing pavement to a pervious vegetated state.  The property is owned by is Scott Buckland, and is located at 115 Danis Park Road, Zoned:  Residential-2 & WSWC District Overlay. (Recommendation needed to be forwarded to the Planning Board.)
