In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Planning Board will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously.  Map 17, Lot 235, Completeness Review/Waiver Request from the Development Regulations/Conditional Use Permit Hearing for a proposed driveway modification.  A Waiver is requested to allow the width of a driveway to be expanded creating a 31’ width, whereas 22’ is the allowable maximum width per Appendix A, Section 8:C.7 of the Goffstown Development Regulations.  Also requested, is a Conditional Use Permit as the proposed driveway modification is on an existing driveway that does not meet the 40’ driveway separation requirement from other existing driveways, per Section 7.4.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is owned by Randy Godin and located at 56 Louis Street, Zoned:  Residetnial-2

Map 42, Lot 66, Completeness Review/Request for Relief of the Outer 50’ of the Wetland Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer to raze existing seasonal camp and build a single-family year round residence, along with removal of two trees and associated improvements to raze existing seasonal camp and build a single-family year round residence, along with removal of two trees and associated improvements. Property is owned by is Jeanne H. Gale Revocable Trust, and is located at 43 McFarland Road, a Class VI Road, Zoned:  Agricultural & WSWC District Overlay. (Also required is a recommendation from the Planning Board to the Select Board in regards to the issuance of a building permit on a Class VI Road.)

Map 3, Lots 32A & 32A-1, Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed Lot Line Adjustment between the two lots. Owners are Cote Park, LLC (Lot 32A) & Goffstown Harvest Christian Church (Lot 32A-1).  The applicant is Andover Consulting Group, Inc., and the properties are located at Cote Avenue/Daniel Plummer Road/St. Anselm Drive & Route 114, Zoned: Industrial

Map 3 Lot 32A & 32A-1, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposed storage facility that will have nine (9) storage buildings along with a sliding gated kiosk at the entrance.  The entrance to the site is proposed to come off of Daniel Plummer Road via an Access Easement on the abutting Lot 32 that is currently owned by Thibeault Corporation of NE.  Lot 32A is owned by Harvest Christian Church and Lot 32A-1 is owned by Cote Park, LLC.  This application is Andover Consulting Group, LLC.  The properties are located at Daniel Plummer Road, Cote Avenue, St. Anselm’s Drive & Route 114, Zoned:  Industrial (This was continued to a date uncertain from the December 19, 2019 Meeting.)

On the evening of the meeting, you can listen contemporaneously on the telephone by calling: (603) 766-JOIN (5646). Once you call in you will need to enter the Participation Code: 785645#. Please make sure you enter the # sign after the numbers to participate.  If you are having difficulty calling in to the number to participate, please call (603)660-5000 for assistance.  The purpose of the meeting is to get public input on the draft 2021-2026 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Matrix.
