There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday May 5, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12, Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will utilize the emergency meeting provisions of RSA 91-A to conduct meetings through electronic means while preserving, to the extent feasible, the public's right to notice of such meetings and ability to observe and listen contemporaneously. Public Hearings:

Randy Rickenbach, Applicant/Owner, seeks a Variance to cut trees that are located within the inner 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Buffer.  This concerns Section 13.3.5 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 55 Shirley Park Road, (Map 31, Lot 16), Zoned:  Residential-1 & is located within the Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay. 

Tom DiFulvio, Applicant, Shelley Rand, Owner, seek a Variance to construct a 10’ x 14’ deck expansion onto an existing deck, approximately 22 ft. from the rear property line, whereas 30 ft. is the minimum required.  This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 54 Church Street, (Map 37, Lot 29-1), Zoned:  Residential Business Office-1.
