GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday June 4, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Public Hearings:

SAMMCO, LLC, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to allow an automotive repair business in an existing garage that is located on the portion of the lot that is located within the Agricultural Zone.  This concerns Section 3.11 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 231 Mast Road (Map 26, Lot 9), Zoned:  Agricultural & Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ) (The Applicant’s petition to Superior Court of the Zoning Board of Adjustment’s decision to deny their Variance application and subsequent Request for a Rehearing has been remanded back to the Zoning Board of Adjustment by the Hillsborough County Superior Court, Northern District.  The Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a de novo hearing, allowing the Applicant to present his original Variance application in full.)

Joselyn Bryant, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to replace a 12’ x 14’ deck in-kind at the rear of the existing house and add a new 12’ x 37’ deck extension (totaling 49 ft. in length) and steps that will be located approximately 6 ft. from the side property line, whereas 25 ft. is required, and within the inner 50 ft. of the 100 ft. Wetland and Surface Water Conservation District Buffer.  This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, and Section 13.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  Property is located at 118 Mountain Base Road, (Map 42, Lot 52) Zoned:  Agricultural

Joann McGee, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to build a shed onto an existing attached garage that will be located 12 ft. from the side property line whereas 25 ft. is required.  This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  Property is located at 39 Orchard Hill Road, (Map 7, Lot 39-10) Zoned:  Agricultural

Public Service of New Hampshire, d.b.a. Eversource Energy, Applicant/Owner, is seeking a Special Exception under Section 3.11, Table of Principal Uses, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing B143 Distribution Lines located in Goffstown NH, between Addison and Shirley Hill Roads.  The poles are being replaced in the same location and will remain substantially the same size and shape as the existing poles, however new poles will be constructed of steel for longevity.  The structures being replaced in Goffstown will be accessed from Addison Road.  Zoned:  Agricultural

Mast Road Crossing, LLC, Applicant/Owner, is seeking a Variance to build an age restricted multi-family development which is not part of a mixed use development.  This concerns Section 3.11, Use #A.3, Table of Principal Uses, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The vacant property is located on South Mast Road, (Map 5, Lot 60), across from the former Villa Augustina.  Zoned:  Commercial Industrial Flex Zone CIFZ
