PUBLIC HEARING

The Goffstown Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to RSA 231:158, for the purpose of trimming and removal of trees on designated scenic roads in the Town of Goffstown.   Eversource proposes to trim and remove trees along the roadsides of Ferson Road, Merrill Road and Shirley Hill Road, which are designated as scenic roads.

Map 6 Lot 11-1, Completeness Review/Final Site Plan Amendment Review Application of Mimikate Holdings, LLC (Sarette’s Gravel Pit) for the purpose of reviewing the existing conditions of the approved earth removal operation business that is currently located on the property as required as by local and State permits. Located on Goffstown Back Road, Map 6 Lot 11-1, Zoned: Agricultural & Residential-1

Map 6 Lot 1-2, Completeness Review/Site Plan Amendment Review Application of McDonough Family Properties, LLC, for proposal to amend the previous site plan approval to allow for outside storage and long term parking.  Property is located on Goffstown Back Road & Tower Lane, Zoned: Commercial, Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ)
