OLD BUSINESS:

Map 18 Lots 17 & 16A, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review & Conditional Use Permit Hearing for a proposal to convert the existing house on Lot 16A into a drive up coffee shop (400 sq. ft.) and laundromat (1,000 sq. ft.), as well as remove the existing garage. Also being proposed is to have shared access and parking with Lot 17 which currently has an existing car wash located on it, along with proposed improvements to the carwash business by relocating the vacuums and adding additional parking spaces. Map 37 Lots 5 & 6, Conditional Use Permit/Final Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to erect a new tower with the height of 110 feet for a new telecommunication facility. The applicants are also proposing to collocate antennas on the tower, along with proposed necessary equipment with equipment shelters on the property. Applicant: VWI Towers, LLC d/b/a Varsity Wireless, Owner: Raymond G. Blondeau, located on 91 Church Street, Zoned: Commercial, Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ). (Continued from August 9, 2018 Meeting.)

NEW BUSINESS: 

Map 34 Lot 57, Completeness Review/Request for Relief the Outer50’ of the 100’ Wetland Surface Water Conservation District Buffer (WSWC) Hearing for a proposal to build two additions to an existing single-family home that will partially be located within the outer 50’ of the 100’ buffer.
