Presentation of the CIP Matrix to the Planning Board

The Goffstown Planning Board will hold a public hearing for the purpose of getting public input on the draft 2019-2024 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Matrix. Copies of the draft 2019-2024 CIP Matrix can be obtained in the Planning Department and the Town Clerk’s Office. Any person with a disability who wishes to attend this public meeting and needs to be provided a reasonable accommodation in order to participate, please call Town Hall at 497-8990, Ext. 117 at least 72 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.

Notice of Hearing on Revocation of Planning Board Approval

The Goffstown Planning Board hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held relative to a request to revoke the consolidation and subdivision plan approval granted to Thomas E. Lally, Trustee, 15 Lesnyk Road, Goffstown, New Hampshire 03045 on May 28, 2010 for Tax Map 4, Lots 77 and 87-3 located at Lesnyk Road and Checkerberry Lane, in Goffstown, New Hampshire, as shown on Plan No. 37023 recorded in the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, that was received from the current owner of the properties: Strategic Contracting Co., LLC, P.O. Box 4766, Manchester, New Hampshire 03108. This concerns RSA 676:4-a., Revocation of Recorded Approval.

Completeness/Site Plan Review & Conditional Use Permit Hearing

Map 18 Lots 17 & 16A, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review & Conditional Use Permit Hearing for a proposal to convert the existing house on Lot 16A into a drive up coffee shop (400 sq. ft.) and laundromat (1,000 sq. ft.), as well as remove the existing garage. Also being proposed is to have shared access and parking with Lot 17 which currently has an existing car wash located on it, along with proposed improvements to the carwash business by relocating the vacuums and adding additional parking spaces.
