There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday October 2, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Public Hearings:

Shannon Parr, Owner/Applicant, is seeking an Appeal and a Special Exception in order to construct a home on a lot without frontage on a Street (NH RSA 674:41). This concerns Section 15.3.5 and Section 14.7.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located off Stinson Road (Map 8, Lot 13B), Zoned: Agricultural

Maurice Blondeau, Owner/Applicant is seeking a Special Exception to build a home on a nonconforming lot. This concerns Section 14.7.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located off Church Street (Map 37, Lot 52), Zoned: RSBO-1

Andrew Cadorette & Reta Chaffee, Owners/Applicants are seeing to reinstate their Variance Approvals to construct an addition to their home that will be located approximately 14 ft. from the side property line, whereas a 15 ft. setback is required, and within the inner 50’ of the 100 ft. Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation District Buffer. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) and Section 13.3.5 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 22 West Union Street (Map 34 Lot 57), Zoned: Residential-1.
