Map 16 Lot 172, Completeness Review/Final Subdivision Plan Review Hearing for a proposed two (2) lot subdivision creating one (1) new lot, Falcon Heights Properties, LLC, Owners, 640 Mast Road & Larch Street, Zoned: Residential Small Business Office District (RSBO2)

Map 1 Lots 35 & 35A, Completeness Review/Subdivision Plan Review Hearing for a proposed lot line adjustment between the two lots. The proposal is to swap land between the two properties, giving 1.554 acres to the Town (Lot 35), and in return swap .155 acres (6,774 sq. ft.) to Lot 35A owned by Mr. Barton. The intent of the land swap is to bring the existing privately owned accessory building that is currently straddling both lots into conformance by adjusting the lot lines as so the building will be entirely located on Lot 35A, owned by Mr. Barton.
