This is a rehearing on the following application that was denied on December 5, 2017 Meeting: David & Rachel Landry, Owners/Applicants are seeking a Variance to allow a commercial tractor and trailer (a.k.a. “tractor trailer”) and a commercial flatbed trailer to remain on residential property whereas the vehicles are not permitted per Section 7.9 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 21 Tanager Road, (Map 2 Lot 63-6), Zoned: Agricultural (A request to rehear the application was granted on January 9, 2018 by the Zoning Board of Adjustment) (Continued to the February 13, 2018 Meeting)

Will n’ Rose’s, LLC, Applicant, and Fletcher Mountain USA, LLC, Owners, are seeking a Variance to allow the use of a wholesale distribution and food production business in the Village Commercial Zone whereas it is not a permitted use per Section 3.11, Table of Principal Uses (Use #I.7) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.
