Map 38 Lot 78, Conditional Use Permit/Final Site Plan Review Application of Denoncourt Revocable Trust, C/O Deborah Denoncourt, Trustee/Owner for a proposal to convert the former High Street Farmhouse Restaurant building into a three (3) family dwelling unit, located on 9 High Street, Zoned: Village Commercial

Map 4 Lots 20 & 20-1, Subpision Review Application of Brookfield Investment Group, Owner, for a proposed three (3) lot subpision, creating two (2) new lots from lot 20, with a proposed access easement to lot 20-1. Map 3 Lot 28, Completeness Review/Final Subpision Review Hearing for a proposed subpision amendment with minor modifications to an existing approved eight (8) lot open space subpision that was recorded as Plan #37573, at the Registry of Deeds in 2012. The applicant is now ready to begin construction of the open space subpision, and is proposing improvements to the previously approved wetlands crossing for John King Drive, that coincides with an updated wetlands permit issued by NH Department of Environmental Services.
