GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045, for the following application:
On September 18, 2017, a request for a rehearing to be scheduled by the Board of Adjustment on the following application was granted. This application was previously before the Board at their September 5, 2017 Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting:
Rehearing is as follows: Charter Development Co., Applicant & Janigan Associates, Inc., Owners, are seeking Variances from the Zoning Board of Adjustment to build a 99 Unit Multi-family Development (4 buildings, which includes the existing mill building) on a nonconforming lot. The first Variance is required as the applicant seeks to have 99 units whereas based on the density calculations, only 64 units are permitted. A second Variance is required to allow for the buildings to have a height of 64 ft., whereas the maximum height allowed is 45 ft. Both these Variances concern Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The parcel is located at 15 Factory Street, (Map 34, Lot 171), Zoned: Village Commercial
