GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday May 7, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Public Hearings:

Julianne Pelletier & Lloyd Johnson, Owners/Applicants, are seeing a Variance to construct a deck onto the second floor of the northwest side of their home that will be located approximately 10 ft. from the side property line, whereas a 15 ft. setback is required, and within the inner 50’ of the 100 ft. Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation District Buffer (approximately 16 ft. from edge of designated surface water).  This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) and Section 13.3.5 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 31 First Avenue (Map 7, Lot 74-5), Zoned: Residential-1.

  • Appointment of Alternate Judy Allain to Full Member status.
  • Reappointment of Alternate Member Sandra Parker.
