Revocation Public Hearing

In accordance with NH RSA 676:4-a., the Goffstown Planning Board hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held relative to a request to revoke the subdivision plan approval granted to Subdivision Plan for Fieldstone Professional Center, Goffstown, New Hampshire; prepared for Rigold Development Co, C/O Riley Enterprises, formerly owned by Ruth N. Berg, located off Shirley Hill Road and Route 114, Goffstown, New Hampshire 03045 February 9, 1989, as shown on Plan # 23058, for Tax Map 3, Lots 47-1, 47-2, 47-3, 47-4, 47-6, 47-7, 47-8, 47-9, 47-10, as recorded in the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, that was received from the current  owner of the properties: Gentle Slopes Land Development, LLC, C/O James McClellan, 76 Crestwood Drive, Hollis, New Hampshire 03049.  This will revoke the subdivision of the nine mentioned lots and merging them together to become Lot 47-1. This revocation excludes Tax Map 3 Lot 47-5, which is now privately owned.

NH RSA 674:6, I(d) requires a copy of this notice must be sent by certified mail to the owner of the property, holders of conservation easements, professionals with stamps on the prior plan and abutters. Notice must also be given to the general public by posting or publication as required by the Planning Board's Development Regulations.

Map 3, Lots 47-1, 47-2, 47-3, 47-4, 47-6, 47-7, 47-8, 47-9 & 47-10, Completeness Review/Site Plan Review Hearing for a proposal to add commercial ground mounted solar arrays to the aforementioned referenced lots.  The property is located off Shirley Hill Road/Route 114, Property Owner: Gentle Slopes Land Development, LLC, C/O James McClellan, Applicant: GSSG New Hampshire LLC, located off Shirley Hill Road, Zoned:            Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ)
