SCENIC ROAD PUBLIC HEARING

The Goffstown Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to RSA 231:158, for the purpose of trimming and removal of trees on designated scenic roads in the Town of Goffstown.  The Goffstown Public Works Department proposes to trim and remove trees along the roadside of Shirley Hill Road, which is designated a scenic road. 

  OLD BUSINESS:

Map 4 Lot 77 & 87-3, Completeness Review/Final Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposal to merge both the lots together and re-subdivide them into five (5) lots.  This will create three (3) new additional lots.  The property is located at Lesynk Road & Checkerberry Lane and owned by Strategic Contracting Co., LLC, Zoned: Residential-1 (This was previously known as the Lally Subdivision that was revoked in 2018 at the owner’s request.  This owner is now ready to proceed with the re-subdivision of the two properties.)  (Continued from the March 14, 2019 Meeting)

Map 16, Lot 104, Completeness Review/Final Subdivision Review Hearing for a proposed two (2) Lot Subdivision located at 45 Orchard Street, owned by Brian & Laurie Cloutier, Zoned:   Residential-2
