Public Discussions:

 

Map 23 Lots 11 & 13, Conceptual review for a proposed lot consolidation/two lot re-subdivision, creating one new lot that will have an existing duplex located on it and the proposal for the second newly created lot is to have a condominium development located on it. The property is zoned: Residential-2 and is located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation Overlay District (WSWS District). (The Planning Board will need a recommendation for building within the outer 50’ buffer of the WSWC District).

 

Map 25 Lot 41, Relief of Outer 50’ Buffer of the 100’ Buffer request to build a duplex. Chatel Avenue/Dumont Park Road, zoned: Residential-2 and located within the Wetland Surface Water Conservation Overlay District (WSWS District). Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of August 22, 2018: (Correction from Karen McRae that she abstained from voting on the rail trial letter.)
