GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday September 04, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Approval of Minutes: Minutes from the August 7, 2018 Meeting are available at the Zoning Department or online at http://www.goffstown.com/minutes.html

Public Hearings:

Thomas Minuti, seeks a Variance to build a 6’ x 27’ deck onto the rear of the home approximately 8 ft. from the rear property line, whereas a 30 ft. setback is required, and within the inner 50 ft. of the 100 ft. Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation District. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) and Section 13.3.5 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 10 Trestle Lane (Map 43, Lot 27), Zoned: Residential-2 (Continued from the August 7, 2018 Meeting.)

Anthony Molica, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to build a 12’ x 24’ attached deck approximately 26 ft. from the rear property line, whereas a 30 ft. setback is required. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 70 Moreau Street (Map 16, Lot 131), Zoned: Residential-2.

Allen & Marlene Gamans, Owners/Applicants, are seeking a Variance to Subdivide the property into two lots that will not comply with the ½ acre minimum lot size. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 71 North Mast Street (Map 37, Lot 33), Zoned: Residential Small Business Office-1 (RSBO-1).

Robert P. Draper Rev. Trust, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to build a two-family structure 15 ft. from the rear property line, whereas 25 ft. is required. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 6 Elm Street (Map 34, Lot 151), Zoned: Village Commercial.
