There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday August 07, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Public Hearing:

Brian & Deborah Tremblay are seeking a Variance to build a two stall detached garage into the front yard setback 31 ft. from the front property line, whereas 35 ft. is required. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 546 Black Brook Road (Map 11, Lot 22-6), Zoned: Agricultural

Thomas Minuti seeks a Variance to build a 6’ x 27’ deck onto the rear of the home approximately 8 ft. from the rear property line, whereas a 30 ft. setback is required, and within the inner 50 ft. of the 100 ft. Wetlands and Surface Water Conservation District. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) and Section 13.3.5 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 10 Trestle Lane (Map 43, Lot 27), in the Residential-2 District.

Brookfield Investment Group, Inc., Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Special Exception to construct an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit in conjunction with construction of a single-family home. This concerns Section 5.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located on Lesnyk Road, across from Checkerberry Lane (parent parcel is Map 4, Lot 20), Zoned: Residential-1 & Conservancy.

 

Public Service of New Hampshire, d.b.a. Eversource Energy, Applicant/Owner, is seeking a Special Exception under Section 3.10 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance to replace overhead electric utility structures along the existing K105 and B143 Distribution Lines located in Goffstown NH. The poles are being replaced in the same location and will remain substantially the same size and shape as the existing poles, however new poles will be constructed of steel for longevity.
