GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday May 1, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Public Hearings:

Patrick McEntee, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to construct a pool with an attached deck that does not meet the rear yard setback requirement of 30 ft. from the rear property line. This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 80 North Mast Street (Map 37, Lot 11), Zoned: Residential Small Business Office Dstrict-1 (RSBO-1)

Richard Cobbett, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to construct an addition to an existing garage that does not meet the front setback requirement of 25 ft. This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 29 Warren Avenue (Map 14, Lot 30), Zoned: Residential-2

Stephanie Pelletier, Owner/Applicant is seeking a Variance to construct a porch to an existing single family home that does not meet the front and side property line setback requirements. The property is located on the corner of two streets and therefore is required to meet a setback requirement of 25 ft. from both the front and side property lines. This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 25 Warren Avenue (Map 17, Lot 10), Zoned: Residential-2

Nicholas M. Colarusso (Cedar Mill Group, Inc.), Applicant and Richard & Barbara Mace Rev. Trust, Owner, are seeking a Variance to construct additions and decks to the front and side of the single family home that will not meet the 100 ft. setback requirement from the front property line. The house is located within the Conservation and Open Space portion of the lot and therefore is required to meet that district’s setback requirements. This concerns Section 4.3, Table of Dimensional Regulations, of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 171 Mountain Road (Map 4, Lot 14), Zoned: Residential-1/Conservation and Open Space (CO)
