Charter Development Co., Applicant & Janigan Associates, Inc., are seeking Variances from the Zoning Board of Adjustment to build a 99 Unit Multi-family Development (4 buildings, which includes the existing mill building) on a nonconforming lot. The first Variance is required as the applicant seeks to have 99 units whereas based on the density calculations, only 64 units are permitted. A second Variance is required to allow for the buildings to have a height of 64 ft., whereas the maximum height allowed is 45 ft. Both these Variances concern Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The parcel is located at 15 Mill Street, (Map 34, Lot 171), Zoned: Village Commercial
