Public Discussions:

 

Subdivision Review Application of The Swanson Family Trust, Map 5 Lot 25, on 431 Elm Street, Agricultural/Residential-1, for a proposed two (2) lot subdivision, zoned: creating one (1) new lot.

Subdivision Review Application of Brookfield Investment Group, Map 4 Lot 20, on Lesnyk Road, Residential-1 and Conservancy for a three (3) lot subdivision, creating two (2) new lots.

Correction/Acceptance of the Minutes of March 22, 2017:        

Correspondence:

  • Copy of invoice to Namaske Lake Association from Solitude Lake Management for $1,310.00 for filing the permit application in relation to work to remove Milfoil in Namaske Lake. Along with associated emails for the grant process with NHDES.
  • Copy of email sent to Goffstown Waterways from Amy Smagula regarding needing the Certificate of Authority from the association in relation to the grant process for the treatment of Milfoil.
  • Notification from Seekamp Environmental Consulting, regarding work being done to the Upper Reservoir Dam.
  • Copy of notification to NHDES Wetlands Bureau regarding utility maintenance work being conducted.
  • Invitation to NHDES Annual Drinking Water Source Protection Conference on May 18, 2017.
  • Notice of Intent to Cut for Map 3 Lots 26 & 27 for Richard Lamb Subdivision on Addison Road.

Other Business:

Review of June 22, 2016 Minutes relating to drainage project and tree cutting on the high school property located on Wallace Road.

Recommendation needed to the Board of Selectmen to reappoint Susan Tucker and Charles Freiburger to the Conservation Commission.

Plan Review:

Provide Comments to the Planning Board for Conditional Use Permit to allow a family group daycare as an accessory use to a single family home on 38 Quail Run Lane (private driveway), Map 7 Lot 73-2, Zoned: R-1

 

Open Space Committee:

Request from Town Clerk for an updated list of the Open Space Committee with members and their terms.
