GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday October 3, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Rehearing: The Zoning Board of Adjustment at their September 18, 2017 Meeting granted a Rehearing on the Following Application that was denied on July 11, 2017: Wayne Perreault, Applicant, is appealing of an Administrative Decision (Section 15.3.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance) that a half-pipe constructed on neighboring property located at 19 Spring Street is not in violation of Section 5.1 (Accessory Buildings and Facilities) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The subject property is owned by Melanie Laurendeau, 19 Spring Street (Map 38, Lot 111), Zoned: Residential-1.

 

Hugh M. Smith, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to construct a two-family dwelling unit (duplex home) on an undersized lot, whereas only one dwelling unit is permitted. This concerns Section 4.3

(Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 68 Holly Street (Map 14, Lot 22), Zoned: Residential-2 (Continued from the September 5, 2017 Meeting)

First Step Realty Trust, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to build a fabric storage building for business use 4 ft. from the side property line whereas a 25 ft. setback is required. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 84 Daniel Plummer Road (Map 3, Lot 37-1-A), Zoned: Industrial

SAMMCO, LLC, Owner/Applicant, is seeking a Variance to allow an automotive repair business in an existing garage that is located on the portion of the lot that is located within the Agricultural Zone. This concerns Section 3.11 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 231 Mast Road (Map 26, Lot 9), Zoned: Agricultural & Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ)

Judy Allain & Donna Holigan, Owners/Applicants, are seeking a Variance to re-build stairs and add a landing that will be located 10.5’ from the side property line, whereas 15’ is required. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 18 Shore Drive, (Map 19, Lot 7), Zoned: Residential-2

273 Mast Road, LLC & Eastpoint Equipment Rentals, Owners/Applicants, are seeking a Variance to modify an existing freestanding sign that will have a height of 17.9’ whereas 16’ is allowed. This concerns Section 6.6.3.1, (Table of Maximum Sign Dimensions) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 273 Mast Road, (Map 26, Lot 23), respectively. Zoned: Commercial Industrial Flex Zone (CIFZ)
