Donald Deslauriers & Tammy Pierson Deslauriers, owners/applicants, are seeking a Variance to allow an existing tarp pole shed to be located within the front yard setback. This concerns Section 5.1.3 (Accessory Buildings and Facilities), of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 171 Montelona Road, (Map 9, Lot 60-1) in the Agricultural District. Wen Ye & Lyz LLC , applicant/owner, are seeking a Variance to legitimize an existing raised concrete slab 21’ from the rear property line whereas a 25’ setback is required. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations), of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 611 Mast Road, (Map16, Lot 61) in the Commercial District.
Armand Vallee, applicant/owner, is seeking a Variance to extend the existing porch on a home that will be 8’ from the side property line whereas a 15’ setback is required. This concerns section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations), of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 6 Fairview Street, (Map 17, Lot 88) in the Residential-2 District.
Dan & Christine Lamy, applicant/owner, is seeking an Equitable Waiver and a Variance to rebuild a single family home on an existing foundation that does not meet the required 35’ front property line setback requirement, and does not meet the 25’ side property line setback requirement. This concerns Section 4.3 (Table of Dimensional Regulations) of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. Also requested is a Special Exception to add an accessory dwelling unit to the second floor. This concerns Section 5.2 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 561 Black Brook Road, (Map 11, Lot 17-9) in the Agricultural District.
