PRLAC:

Discussion with the Piscataquog River Local Advisory Committee in regards to the review process of Town projects within ¼ mile of the river, and creates 1,000 sq. ft. or more of new impervious surface or projects that create 10,000 sq. ft. or more of non-building site disturbance.

 

Plan Reviews:

Recommendation needed to be forwarded to the Planning Board for a Waiver Request for Relief from the Outer 50’ of the 100’ Wetlands Surface Water Conservation District (WSWC) District Buffer for a proposal to build a single family home that will be built partially located within that outer buffer.  The property is located at 21 Parker Station Road, Map 7 Lot 11, owned by the Goffstown Historical Society, Zoned:  Residential-1 & Wetlands Surface Water Conservation (WSWC) District Overlay

       

Recommendation needed to be forwarded to the Planning Board for a Subdivision Amendment for Map 4 Lot 20-3, to amend the approved subdivision plan that was approved on October 11, 2018, and allow the proposed home on Lot 20-3 to be built further back on the lot in the Conservation and Open Space District rather than in the Residential-1 District as originally proposed.  The property is located at Lesnyk Road, owned by Brookfield Investment Group, Zoned: Residential-1 & Conservation and Open Space

 

Discussion:

Request for guidance regarding building a two stall detached garage that will be built partially located within the outer 50’ of the 100’ WSWC District Buffer.  The property is located on 20 Knollcrest Road, Map 29 Lot 33, Applicant:  Alden Beauchemin, Owners: Craig & Chris Bowden, Zoned:  Residential-1

  • Copy of NHDES Utility Notification for Eversource Pole Replacement in Goffstown.
  • Letter from Town Assessor recommending the Sandborn Farm Open Space Conservation Land be merged back into one lot.
  • Copy of Letter from NHDES Administrative Order sent to NH Stamping Co., located on 9 Lance Lane.
  • Copy of NHDES Shoreland Permit Application to build single family home, Map 35 Lo6 36, off Elm Street that will be 113 ft. from the water (out of the buffer). Owners are David & Deborah Letourneau.
