GOFFSTOWN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a public hearing of the Goffstown Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday January 15, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mildred Stark Room (Room 106) in the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 for the following applications:

Public Hearings:

NH Signs., Applicant and West Keene Street, LLC, Owners, are seeking a Variance to erect one (1) internally illuminated wall sign and one (1) internally illuminated free-standing sign within 250 ft. of the Residential-2 Zoning District boundary.  This concerns Section 6.6.3 of the Goffstown Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located at 558 Mast Road (Map 3, Lot 37), Zoned:  Commercial
